On Sun, February 1, 2009 in Miscellaneous , Reports , by Ernesto Belisario

In recent years we have witnessed a veritable technological revolution that brought the use of info-telematic technologies in all professions, business and administration. A revolution so quick to promote computer literacy purely technical without an in depth examination of the implications - even legal - related to the massive use of new technologies.

Those who practice the courtroom knows that the files, email and websites is also mentioned in the processes that do not relate to domain names and cyber crimes. And just to raise awareness on the legal proceedings caused thereby and the use of new telematic tools, with the Basilicata Region in collaboration with the 'Office of Civil Contact for Information Power of the Court of Appeals and the Circle of Jurists Telematics , we organized a series of seminars aimed at legal practitioners: judges, lawyers, practicing lawyers, bailiffs, clerks and experts.

Topics of analysis will be the effectiveness of the email and digital signature, the investigation relates to computer, digital rights and the impact of new technologies on the process.
The initiative entitled " Computers & Law: what has changed in practice and in the process "takes place within the project IRESUD , has been accredited by ' Bar Association of Power with the transfer of 16 credits and is completely free. I am very happy that, thanks to the participation of many friends, for two months power will be the "capital of the new technologies law" hosting meetings in which lawyers, judges, investigators and academics will promote a constructive debate on the most interesting, by converging the different experiences.
The cycle of seminars, held at the ' Hall of the Palace of Justice Grippo Power , is divided into four thematic meetings and a final conference to be held April 3, 2009 at 15 (the full program is available here and you can rergistrarsi with an email address seminari@informaticaediritto.org).

The initiative will be open Friday, February 6 to 15 hours from the first workshop dedicated to "Email, electronic documents and digital signature" which will participate as presenters two lecturers of La Sapienza University of Rome: Dr. Giuseppe Corasaniti (Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Court of Rome) and his friend and colleague Mr. Guido Scorza .

We expect many :-)
