As I anticipated in a previous post , the House amended the unfortunate telemarketing approved amendment to the Senate in the course of the conversion into law of Decree-called "milleproroghe".
The appeals of the Privacy Authority, consumer groups, lawyers do not help anything, the law is the law that provides for the free use of telephone directories formed before 1 August 2005 for promotional purposes in derogation from Articles 13 (informative) and 23 (consensus) of the Privacy Code ( Legislative Decree no. n. 196/2003 ).
It is a legislative policy choice incomprehensible (only introduced in the amendment and not preceded by adequate investigation) which was unacceptable because it creates an area where operators are not required the application of the rules governing all other sectors.
Unreasonableness, different treatment: all in the name of aid to a sector in times of crisis.
I do not know whether to be more concerned about the number of calls that arrive on or before that, in order to help an industry in crisis, you are willing to sacrifice individual rights and freedoms.

    How sad.
The disturbance of phone calls is definitely a problem but is smaller.
For those poor guys is a "no-work". They remind me of the Roman galleys the rowers.

is a given that 2 million Italians DO NOT want to telemarketing, the rest are indifferent.
This is the result of the telephone survey.
it was a mistake to have allowed the guarantor to the indifferent even telemarketing.
telephone proposals, from producer to consumer are convenient. why deny it mean when there is' a list of robinson 2 ml of addresses that the guarantor does not make it operational? whom does this? should feel more bells to make a judgment and not just the ones who screamed for years.
