Over the last few days has been much discussedin the Network of which can have dangerous consequences for the network 's obligation to rectify introduced for all "information sites", art. 1, paragraph 28 of the draft law on wiretaps approved by the House of Representatives and now goes to the Senate (I had mentioned here ).
In the coming days I will try - weather permitting - to come back with some further study to explain what it would mean, in practice, this obligation for all operators of blogs and sites that are not newspapers. In the meantime, we mark it with the ' Institute of Policy Innovation , we sent a letter to the Presidents of Palamentari the Senate, asking that the rule be amended to
clarify that the obligation of corrections pursuant to subparagraph of Article 28.1 of the bill should apply only to so-called Interception of computer sites tested telematic subject to registration in accordance with what is provided by Law n.47 of 8 February 1948, or only to websites through which they are disseminated information generated in a process carried out in a professional business structure and editorial. "
