The increased popularity of the info-telematic technologies poses, in fact, important critical issues regarding the suitability of the existing rules but also as to whether the solutions being examined by the legislature and the impact of some egregious judicial decisions.
Then falls into this context, the Annual Conference of Jurists Telematic Circle to be held in Rome March 26, 2010, 15 hours, at the ' Auditorium of the House Social Security Forensics "Richard Scocozza" .
The initiative is the setting for a look further on some of the most sensitive issues on technology law: copyright, digital administration, certified mail, liability of intermediaries.
