The Certified Mail is one of the discussion topics of the moment, especially after the start of the project "PEC to the citizen" of which I have spoken many times on this blog.

These days you read much criticism of the PEC, some shared, some not, but we like it or not, Certified Mail is set to become the preferred communication tool for professionals, businesses, governments and citizens. And 'so that all should learn to know the peculiarities of this new tool, but also the potential and associated risks; such knowledge is even more desirable by the Bar Association, also in consideration of the next PEC for use in the process.
