Hoping to please the readers of this blog, I report the Seminar organized by the Consortium in New P on " Web Sites of PA guidelines and best practice models "to be held in Rome on 8 and 9 June 2010 at the Centre Cavour Congress , the initiative is very important to me and see me working as a teacher and his friend Gigi Cogo .

In recent years, institutional Web sites have become increasingly important, becoming - in fact - the main front office of all Directors, and the legislature itself has occupied several times to define the characteristics and content of the public website, however, most organizations do not meet these requirements and fails to use this tool to make it an effective instrument of transparency and provision of online services to citizens and businesses.

That is the idea of ​​the course to be held over two days to allow integration between conceptual framework and operational perspective. The first day will focus the discussion on the Guidelines for Internet sites of the PA (such as content and manage online) which will be discussed with practical cut in order to facilitate the process of adaptation by the government, in the second half of the day will be addressed the issue of accessibility and ergonomics of web communication.

The second day will be devoted to new frontiers of online communication: the instrumentation 2.0 (such as tools and orientation) at the site of integration of knowledge management systems and intranet and ends with a reflection on the management of privacy and content required in framework of regulations.
