In the article entitled " Open Government, do not waste any more time "begins today with my co Apogeonline , webzine of the publisher Apogee.
The issues that will face are particularly dear to readers of this blog and relate, in particular, the 'Open Government and the release of public data, its evolution, its implications for governments and citizens, and - of course - its spread in our Country.
